Terms and conditions

1. Your account

• The data you register must be true. One account per person.
• The iRacing ID you link must be yours: your results are tied to it.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done with your account.
• If you are under 18, you need the consent of your parent or guardian.

2. Competitions and regulations

• Each championship is governed by the Copa Magna general regulations and its own regulations, which you accept when registering.
• The organization may assign divisions, adjust the schedule or reschedule races for technical reasons or force majeure, giving as much notice as possible.
• Stewards (race control) review incidents and apply penalties according to the regulations. You may appeal within the terms and in the way the regulations set; the organization has the final word.
• Official results are the ones Copa Magna publishes, with penalties applied.

3. Payments

• Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN). Payments are processed with Stripe; you may also use credits or bundle slots where applicable.
• A registration pending payment is confirmed once paid. If it is not paid within the period set by the championship, it may be cancelled.
• Raffles are governed by the rules published for each one.

4. Refunds

If the organization cancels a championship, the registration fee is refunded. In any other case, refund requests are reviewed one by one: write to copamagnachamp@gmail.com before the championship starts. Once it has started, the registration is non-refundable unless the organization decides otherwise.

5. Conduct

• Treat other drivers, teams, stewards and organizers with respect, on and off track.
• Cheating, using other people’s accounts, manipulating results or harassing other participants is forbidden.
• Content you upload (photos, logos, setups, videos, reports) must be yours or used with permission, and cannot be offensive or illegal.
• Copa Magna may suspend or cancel accounts and registrations that breach these terms or the regulations.

6. Use of your name, image and results

By taking part you authorize your name, team, profile picture, results and race replays to be published on the site and in Copa Magna broadcasts, flyers and social media, free of charge, to promote the competition. For content you upload (logos, liveries, photos), you allow us to show it on the platform and in those publications.

7. Intellectual property and third parties

The Copa Magna brand, the site design and its content belong to Copa Magna. iRacing and sponsor brands belong to their owners; Copa Magna is not affiliated with iRacing. Links to third-party sites are governed by their own terms.

8. Liability

The platform is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working without errors, but we are not liable for failures of iRacing, your connection or third-party services, nor for race results beyond what the regulations establish.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page with its date. If the change is significant, we will let you know. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
